When you purchase something from FEATHER + MOON, the personal data that this website processes are: first and last name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information.

Some specific designs require additional personal data as provided by you. For example, a wedding invitation requires the spouse’s first and last name, or a wedding planner’s contact information. For design of a baby announcement card, FEATHER + MOON processes the following personal data of a person under 16 years of age (as provided): date of birth, sex, birth weight, birth date and time.

FEATHER + MOON collects personal data for the following purposes:

• To use in a personalized design (such as baby announcements, wedding invitations, and business cards)
• To contact you by phone or email during the process of design work
• To handle payment and send an invoice
• To ship purchased products or designs to you

FEATHER + MOON will never sell your data to third parties, and will only share that which is needed to complete and deliver an order, or as required by law. Any personal data used in designs will be hidden and/or anonymized prior to potential publication on the website.

Webshop
When you purchase a product through the online shop, your data is processed by the WooCommerce software, hosted on a Hostinger server. We have taken necessary precautions and security measures when it comes to your personal data, including SSL-encryption and a strong password policy. The data you provide to complete your purchase are solely used for that purpose.

Payment
Payment information (depending on your choice this could be a bank account number, Paypal information, or credit card number) is processed by Mollie or Stripe, depending on which option you choose. They have implemented fitting technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

Shipping
Design work and most products (except print-on-demand products) from the shop is delivered by PostNL, and if delivered to an address outside the Netherlands, the postal service in the country of delivery. Your name and address will be used for the sole purpose to carry out the agreement of delivery.

Print-on-demand
Print-on-demand products are processed through a third-party company (as specified on the product page). By purchasing a print-on-demand product, you agree with sharing your name, address and contact information with them, for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. Email traffic
FEATHER + MOON uses email services as provided by Hostinger. Based on the agreement we have with them, they are obliged take necessary precautions and security measures to prevent misuse, loss or corruption of personal data. Hostinger has no access to the FEATHER + MOON inbox. FEATHER + MOON treats all communication through email and contact forms confidentially.

FEATHER + MOON stores your personal data only for the duration needed to provide the service that you requested, or as required by law and authorities. Personal data as listed on an invoice will be securely stored for 7 years as required by the Dutch tax authorities.

You have the right to view, rectify, or limit the data that has a relation or may be reducible to your person. You have the right to transferability, which means to request an overview of the personal data that FEATHER + MOON has processed. You can send your request or any questions about this to info[at]featherandmoon.com, and will receive a response to your request within 30 days. You also have the right to contact the Dutch authority on privacy (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
